If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all refills and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand the package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
